The images on this website are all owned by me and may not be used without my permission. Even if I haven't labelled the photographs they are not “free” to be used without my permissions.

If you would like to use one of my images please just ask me as I'm more than likely to say yes (as long as it isn't for commercial purposes and the image is credited to me along with a link back to my website). I'll even consider removing the watermarks from the images depending upon what you'd like to use it for.
But if you want to use an images for commercial purposes then there would be a modest usage rights fee.

The design for the website is based upon a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Licensed template called "Shades of Grey" by Arcsin.

The rounded boxes used for the thumbnails is based upon the work of Stu Nicholls.

The photograph gallery slideshow is based upon "Lightbox Slideshow" by Justin Barkhuff

The rotating slideshow on the front page is AD Gallery PlugIn and was written by Anders Ekdahl and is dual licensed under the MIT (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php) and GPL (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php) licenses.
